I live in a downstairs apartment. In the bedroom by boyfriend (who is SO on my sh*t list right now) dropped a bottle of strawberry soda and it spilled EVERYWHERE. I mean, everywhere, walls carpet, my stuff….. It’s 2am. I am a clean freak and am going insane. I have a great carpet cleaner but I don’t want to wake the neighbors. I have them above me and next to me. Have you ever actually been able to hear your neighbors using the carpet cleaner or vacuum?

Of course. They dont insulate those wall & floors for sound.

I know what you are talking about. I use to live in a down stairs apt. and I heard them vacuum, much less use a carpet cleaner.:) They will get over it.
