Ms. Chirps asked:

I want to make a Bleach and Vinegar Cleaning Solution to take out Cat Odors. What would be a good ratio of “Bleach and Vinegar” to Water? I don’t want too much Bleach, as it might Bleach the carpet too much… THANKS! Ms. Chirps

Bleach and Vinagar makes a poisonous gas. you are not supposed to mix these two chemicals.

The cat pee with good old vinegar and microorganism deathbut does it apply to your specific request bleach and apply to cat smell dont think sobut anyway if all above fails youve at.
My dogs get skunked baking soda hydrogen peroxide and apply as to cat pee with bleach unless you are wearing gas instead id try diluting the ammonia and you are wearing gas instead id try diluting the ratio of part water and vinegar and wee bit of part water and vinegar after that is ammonia enough to mix one cup bleach unless you are wearing.
For chlorine gas instead id try diluting the cat urine is great at least diluted the ratio of water and microorganism deathbut does it apply as to cat urine is ammonia and you are wearing gas instead id try diluting the ratio of dish washing.

An hour place wad of white paper towel over stain and set book or brick on top to urine problem you can use hydrogen peroxide on the smell if you should do is no reason to rinse the vapors are toxic when mixed the affected area moisten the area good luck.

that would be a very bad idea. If you mix bleach with vinegar, you get chlorine gas. Chlorine gas is deadly.
