I asked different companies and found the price varied from $49 to $150. I am so confused. One company said that steam cleaning didn’t include the chemical liquid and only deep cleaning did. I have no idea about what a normal carpet cleaning process. I don’t want to be rip off.

Hey all you brain stormers out there I need some good ideas. My husband and I started a carpet cleaning business in a decent size city. Right now we are waiting till Dec to really get going because that is when our yellow page ad comes out. We have tried mailing flyers and postcards, putting ads in the local paper and hung up flyers at local stores. We’ve gone door to door and apartment to apartment. Now we need some really great ideas that don’t cost a whole lot of money. Do you have any ideas???

Price is important but I would prefer a high quality job than simply a cheap price. After watching the segment on channel 7 about Premier Carpet Cleaning I decided just choosing the cheapest company over the phone can be extremely costly. Any recommendations?

I own a carpet cleaning business and we are starting to clean air ducts using compressed air. I would like to figure out some way to use my truck mount machine (22 HP engine) to generate air, either to fill a tank, or just to create a constant supply of air to clean the ducts. Any ideas?

I have hired a local carpet cleaning service to come clean my apartment and I was wondering whether I am supposed to tip them on top of paying the normal service rate.
