Knoxville, TN on Tus. to buy this truck mounted carpet cleaning machine. now the machine is a blue line with 377 hours on it. but the dealership is selling the van with the machine already built in. What should i look for on the machine to make sure that this machine has never been frozen or not? The dealer ship knows nothing they got it at an action. PLEASE HELP ME.
