What Carpet Cleaning Service is safest for a toddler?

We live in San Diego and need our carpets cleaned DESPERATELY. I have not heard great things about the mainstream companies (Stanley Steemer, etc..)

Any ideas that are still safe for a toddler to climb around on afterwards?

clair’s clorox extreme elimination cleaning? i have heard they are baby safe. good luck
